"The Quiet Joys Of Brotherhood captures three outstanding live performances that celebrate Fairport Convention’s unique relationship with their audience across two key periods of the band’s career. Recorded at the legendary Cropredy Festival in 1986 and 1987, these sets showcase Fairport Convention at their confident, communal best, blending traditional material, electric folk classics, and fan favourites. The collection is completed by the 35th Anniversary Concert (2002), a powerful retrospective highlighting the band’s enduring vitality. An essential live document from one of Britain’s most influential folk rock groups."
