Quick Snow tutorial using snow powder + PVA glue + water:

1. Mix PVA glue and bit of water.
2. Add snow powder according to the desired density.
3. Mix everything. If the mix is too thick, add bit of clean water. Always clean water not to change the pure color of the snow.
4. Apply.
5. Add a little pinch of snow.
