The base price includes the specified modular house produced at our facility, based on the final area of the house. This project is approximate and can be customized according to the client's preferences.

• Windows and doors are panoramic PVC by Steko. Interior doors are wooden or MDF.

• Flooring: OSB, wind barrier, 150mm mineral wool insulation, vapor barrier, floorboard, laminate.

• Roof: profiled sheeting, 40x20 mm beam for air layer (cold barrier), wind barrier, OSB, 150mm mineral wool insulation, vapor barrier, paneling.

• Walls: external finishing - metal profile, plank, imitation of timber, wind barrier, 150mm mineral wool insulation, vapor barrier, paneling, imitation of timber, drywall.

  Any changes in specifications and dimensions can be made to the project.

• The following features are not included in the house price:

To carry out installation work on the Customer's site, access to sources of electricity and accommodation for two to three workers is necessary. Production lead time from order to installation is 1.5 months.
